1. Instead of paying 40 bucks to get valet parking, just park right across the street at the meters which you can do so on the weekends and its free from 8pm sat.

5. We were one free stop away from the International District and the King Street Amtrak Station, and we had quick and free access to downtown in the other direction.

6. Others have commented on the hotel being noisy but even with windows overlooking the street and a huge gala going on in the hotel during my stay, I never heard anything the entire stay.

8. The waterfront is three blocks away, there are two Irish bars close by, shopping is five blocks away, and Pike Street Market a nice walk.
