4. The vault type front door is very unique and the rooftop pool/bar area is very relaxing, with great views of the city skyline and a 85 degree pool make it fabulous to enjoy year round.

We chose downtown San Diego because we love Candellas restaurant on 3rd and J Street, so, we thought - hey, we can enjoy a leisurely at our favorite restaurant and not have to rush back to the baby sitter (like always!) Then, besides our plan to have a fantastic dinner, we decided to stay at a hotel with a beautiful view so we could really feel like we were on vacation.
