Kimpton got rid of the weekend pool parties, cleaned up the
cost
cutting moves by the former owners, and created a Deluxe boutique hotel with warm and inviting customer service.

Some of the meeting attendees had MAJOR problems with the room block (the site would not recognize them and kept quoting them a $500 a night
cost
which was about $360 above what the room block was actually priced.

It turns out that Kimpton only acquired this property, formerly Ce ce) approx 3 months ago and was desperately trying to fill rooms at any
cost
and ignoring the star rating.
