4. a coment like ' dont worry will call hotwire or well search for your confirmation' whas going to be ok but the only coment we got from that emplyee whas 'you can feel free to not stay on this hotel' mmmmmHEllOOO im paying a goo amount of money to be treat like that?after all this happen we finally got a room my partner whas in the needing of a razor so we ask for it and the girl say ok i will send some one with it .

5. ok if they want to go this way, lots of money in it, but I think it will kill the hotel side of the business.

6. - hard to find parking (unless your willing to pay some money)- lots of homeless (who generely dont bug you or beg.
