1. After also providing us with a $25 voucher towards a treatment at their 3rd floor (taken up and very much enjoyed), and also a $10 voucher towards the mini bar we were good to go and check out our room.

6. SE takes full responsibility for even a minor mistake, they punched in the wrong date for my check out, i had no problem just calling the front desk and just letting them know and to correct it.
