1. The staff are exceptional, very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area dining, activites etc. Especially the coolster Concierge Michael Chacon, he is in the know about everything San Diego, and helpful in arranging anything needed.

4. I would highly recomend anyone traveling to San Diego for the first time to stay with this hotel as its location was right in the heart of the restaurent area and with the expert guidence of the concierge you can't go wrong.

Additional highlights of our stay included:~Chuck, the concierge, going out of his way to secure last-minute concert tickets for a Mother's Day Concert at the Gibson Amphitheater; Thanks again Chuck!~Anna at the front desk, for making my Mom's Mother's Day morning by giving her a cup of coffee (after a 6 a.m. workout).
