2. The room was beyond cramped, the view horrid, the commode barely functioning, no blow dryer, surly unresponsive staff, the hot tub was filthy and cold (and not repaired after 3 requests in 24 hours), the pool had particulates floating in it and cold.

3. View is nothing to brag about as we were looking at either freeway or commercial building roof tops, but it was right next to the freeway, but far enough not to be a noise issue.
