1. I went down to check out, the person had to put in a phone call to manager who was not in, and then I was told only 1 night could be deducted, (even though we were inconvenienced both nights).

6. after speaking with the hotel management i saw the manager reach into his pocket attempting to give me my money back out of his own pocket but, then i just advised him that i would take drinks from the souvenir shop.
