3. I went down to check out, the person had to put in a phone call to manager who was not in, and then I was told only 1 night could be deducted, (even though we were inconvenienced both nights).

4. I was told there was not much that could be done, but a day could be taken off, and once again lots of apologies, was given the name of the manager who would not be in until after check out time tomorrow at 1pm.

5. I asked if it would be the case for another night, so if so, we could check out and go to another hotel early, I was assurred, they would have someone look at it, and if they could not get it to work, we would be moved, we went, had breakfast, went out for awhile, and when we returned, were told we would be moved a little further down the hall, where we were assured temp was set as we requested, GREAT!, Once again we were in and out doing family things, we returned, it was still great temp, however, after falling asleep, once again everyone began to stir around 3:30am, as it was once again 75 degrees.

6. We asked for a late checkout, and they told us 2 PM, but we got stuck in traffic, on our way back to the hotel to get ready for the wedding and check out, and when we arrived after 2 PM they were extremely kind, and patient.

7. The thing that stuck out most to me was the customer service I received during my entire stay, not just at check in and check out.
