We had a problem with the shower head - reported it at the front desk as we went out for the day (they asked if it was OK if maintenance came in when we were not there or if we wanted them to wait until we were available to be there) - we told them to go ahead and when we came back that evening, it was fixed.

6. Our key never worked properly the whole week, no safe in room, broken coffee pot, broken telephone, hot water in shower not regulated, ice machine broken, dryer broken(we found this out after we put our money in and were stuck with a load of wet clothes).

7. Room had roaches, could not use pull out sofa as the mattress was torn and mangled due to being too big for the pull out frame (which was also destroyed), bathroom was in dis-repair (shower handle broke off, lid to toliet tank did not fit).
