4. excellent value, clean / nice room / balcony, walking distance of Downtown Disney, on Disney World property, free park transporation (every 30 min, early to late), helpful friendly staff, and NOW a good included continental breakfast (several selections) .

5. We didn't eat in the full service restaurant only because we wanted an early start on our day , but we did eat at the breakfast bar and it was a great value for a breakfast sandwich with hash browns and coffee it was about $7.50 and compared to breakfast onsite at Disney this was cheap.
