Rooms: nice beds I will say however their 'remodeled rooms' have NO padded headboards as described, NO hot water to shower, non smoking rooms smell like an old ash tray, spots all over ceiling, dirty spotty bed spreads (w what I can't imagine), the supposed flat sceen TV is an old fat TV that the remote sleep timer doent work.

2. The Good: Inexpensive stay, Nice indoor pool and spa, good air con, comfy beds, friendly staff, good free wi fi, nice park across road The Bad: the lift moves slower than it would be to take the stairs, the carpet in the lobby was loose and had rolls in it, the 2nd floor drinks machine flooded the floor(no attempt was mad to solve it in 2days) the shower drains very slowly, fridge microwave costs extra.

4. No functioning iron in the room, one bar of soap for use at sink & shower, a single bottle of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion provided for guest use.

5. There were no wash cloths provided in the room; when we asked the front desk for wash cloths we were told that housekeeping was behind and were given hand towels for washing in the shower.

10. good big tv, big clean bathroom and massaging shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water was a plus, we got on WIFI on the 4th floor even though it was only offered in the common area by the pool, room had a new A/C unit so it was comfortable despite the 110+ heat index.
