2. Although they offer free wireless, the connection will automically adjust (for no real reason I could see) and my connection would run from 56MB to 1MB (yes, that is a single '1').

4. good big tv, big clean bathroom and massaging shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water was a plus, we got on WIFI on the 4th floor even though it was only offered in the common area by the pool, room had a new A/C unit so it was comfortable despite the 110+ heat index.
