1. The Staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful, regarding things to do etc. Bar tender was great, very nice.

2. Also, only had limited toiletries (shampoo and 1 bar of soap) - other hotels in this chain provide lotion, conditioner, etc. Room pretty clean and beds were comfortable.
