1. The check-in also was quick and overall, the staff were quite friendly and responsive to requests, including less than 5 minutes to get shower caps.

2. Rooms were clean - although one person in our party found when checking in that someone had showered in their room after the room had been cleaned - the shower was dirty and there were used towels on the floor - but the front desk got right on it and found her another room immediately.
