1. Rooms were clean - although one person in our party found when checking in that someone had showered in their room after the room had been cleaned - the shower was dirty and there were used towels on the floor - but the front desk got right on it and found her another room immediately.

2. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off repeatedly, the bathtowels smelled musty and dirty, and the bedding was questionable.

3. any time we called and needed something (extra pillows or towels for instance), it was no more then a few minutes and they were at our door.
