1. The location is pretty good and it is hard to find a 2 bdrm 2 king bed suite in the area.

2. The hotel is in a great location - target and panera are right across the street (streets are too busy to walk there I think) and it's right off the highway.

3. Generally it is not too difficult to get into the place, and the location in a highway 'island' actually added to the safe feel of the location (if you have been to Memphis you know how hard it can be to feel safe).
