1. The only complaint that I have, and this was eventually resolved, was that our shower was broken, and we called the front desk, and they said they would send someone right up, but it took a little longer than right up, so luckily my parents had a room down the hall, so we just went and used their shower as we had an appointment to get to.

2. The shower curtain was stained, the bathroom didn't exactly sparkle, and when I moved the nightstand to plug in a charger, it was obvious that it hadn't been moved and cleaned well for a long, long time.

5. When we got back to the hotel, our shower was fixed and the assistant manager Jake had written us a nice card and gave us a box of chocolates which we gobbled up very quickly.

6. Just some additional facts: Coffee and tea bags in the room, with one of those single brewer pots, toothpaste in the bathroom and just the usual shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for sink and shower.

10. We had a room with a malfunctioned shower and the staff from housekeeping, to the engineer and the Manager was prompt, professional and proactive in problem solving the situation.
