1. It's both convenient and quiet (despite the Derby Day, Cinco de Mayo, and general carousing on the streets), and well appointed.

3. My wife and I stay here a few times a year and really enjoy the hotel, staff, dining and proximity to 16th street, LoDo, etc. We take a teenage kids as well and really like it as a family as well but this place is nice as a couple.

They even have coupons for restaurants like Bubba Gump's (across the street - a chain restaurant not actually recommended by the concierge but I asked for a coupon and he had one!), Paramount Cafe (moderately priced independent restaurant) and Marlowe's (moderately priced independent restaurant).
