1. The location couldn't be beat and when we asked the concierge for directions to the brew pub we wanted to visit, she provided perfect directions and coupons for free beer.

The bellman brought our bags up to our room on the 30th floor, and was extremly polite and helpful when we asked for a couple of suggestions on where to go as far as restaurants and bars in the area (Typically I ask the bellman, concierge, and desk person this same question just to get a good cross section of suggestions.
