1. All in all, it was passable and I didn't feel like turning around and leaving the minute I got through the door, but the shower mold was distinct turn off.

2. Our shower had mold, The bolt covers on the toilet were falling off and revealed old urine underneath, the TV cabinet was beat up, and the carpet was actually dusty.

3. No clock, door handle broken, light does not work, warm water only in the shower the hotter you turned the water the less water you got, the air conditioner was as loud as a diesel engine.
