1. The room was much better than I had hoped, very roomy and comfortable, and my requests for extra pillows and towels was met.

4. They had some nice touches including bolster pillows on the bed (nice for reading and TV watching) and an alarm/radio that could play soothing 'white noise.

That said, here were some positives:- Room was very clean on arrival and was cleaned daily (beds made, shower cleaned, new toiletries delivered, room apparently vacuumed, etc.)- Bathroom was spacious and well-appointed (lots of extra towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, etc.)- Comfortable beds, plentiful pillows/blankets- Armchair/sitting area + desk for any reading/business you might want to do.

8. The room features a lot of lighting, easy access to outlets (always helpful when you want to plug your phone in), lots of towels, hand towels and wash cloths, a fridge, hair dryer, upgraded bathroom and very comfy bed with large comfy pillows.
