1. It is convenient to park and has all the luxury any adult would love, plus the pool is heated.

3. Although parking was included, it was easier for us to park at the Disney parking lot next to the hotel and catch the shuttle the following days back and forth to Disney, as parking lot shuttles are free.

4. The only things I had a problem with is there are no dressers in the rooms, no jacuzzi by the pool, our king size bed felt like it was high in the center and made us roll to the edges and they charge you $14 a day to park at their hotel.

7. There was ample parking and we were able to park quite near the back door of the hotel, which allowed us easy access to the hotel with our keycard.

We contacted the Hotel on our return to the UK and were offer a refund of the car parking charge ( yes, you have to pay extra to park a vehicle!), We asked for a refund of 1 nights stay to compensate for the situation but all emails were not answered, so we accepted the initial offer, but all e-mails since have gone ignored and no refund has been received.

9. Asked Jackie at front desk how come they did not tell us that we had to pay to park when we booked the rooms she just ignored me and handed my wife the key cards and said anything else.

10. Safe was broken , stains on sheets, missed wake up calls, lacked disney tickets could not break a 50, had to pay to park, door to hotel from parking lot always wet from air conditioners so bring umbrella to ca.
