1. Staff was expertly trained and uniformly welcoming, rooms were clean, and the service desk responded so quickly to a problem with our shower that I barely had time to get dressed before the workman arrived.

2. Our closet door did not work properly, our shower curtain had a tear in it, the towel hook behind the door fell off when habning one towel on it, and the microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks (and likely still hasn't).

3. After 3 nights ( I stayed a week total), a broken toilet handle, a slow shower drain (the engineer and I became friends), I got the asst.

4. Bathroom was nice and clean, although the sink and vanity were in the bathroom with the shower and toilet--I prefer to have the vanity outside of the bathroom because it's easier for everyone to get ready in the morning.

8. This room's closet door handle was coming off, the shower curtain rod was almost falling off creating an issue with the shower curtain sliding into the center - allowing water to escape onto the floor.

9. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is delicious (with great variety each day), the rooms are so comfortable, the pool lovely, the showers are hot, the bed's and pillows are comfy, and the location is PERFECT.
