Check-In was fast and friendly, and since it was our first time in Chicago, the lady at the reception was really helpful and answered all our questions about places to visit and eat etc.All other staff were also friendly and courteousWe didn't get a nice view from our room, but then again, we didn't pay for the view (AAA discounted room).

9. We always walk wherever we need to go, from Willis Tower to Millenium Park to Navy Pier and north to Mag Mile, Hancock Tower (must have a cocktail in the Signature Lounge on top at nite-beautiful view).

10. We were not disappointed-spacious two room suite, a clean indoor pool with huge skylight overhead allowing a view of the nearby skyscrapers, great complimentary breakfast in an ample-sized dining room with wrap-around windows overlooking city streets.
