1. The room was clean and spacious for Chicago and the the housekeeping staff was great, tidying up our personal things (my husband said it was like my mother was traveling with us!) and laying items in the bathroom out on a fresh hand towel.

6. Our housekeeper Alicia provided us with service we didn't even get at the Walforf properties- she actually folded our laundry, arranged our shoes on the floor, cleaned out kitchen floor and gave us extra towels and toiletries WITHOUT ASKING.

(note, parking is an additional $38/night through the hotel, but there is also a lot right next door that 'only' charges $25/night)The 2nd floor hosts the swimming pool/sauna/exercise room/whirlpool (plenty of towels available + water in the exercise area) as well as the breakfast room & there is also coffee/tea and hot cocoa available at all times.
