1. Easy check-in, great valet parking, very nice and informed front desk, clean room (we had a suite, which was fabulous) and right across the street from RPM, a great new resturant.

Arrived at 7:00am and found one of the most friendly and competent front-desk personnel at any hotel I have ever been at who quickly got us our room (no problem with the early check-in), offered to help with sightseeing or restaurants, but in a manner that actually seemed to be helpful as opposed to the often apparent attempt to 'guide' business to particular vendor.

Check-In was fast and friendly, and since it was our first time in Chicago, the lady at the reception was really helpful and answered all our questions about places to visit and eat etc.All other staff were also friendly and courteousWe didn't get a nice view from our room, but then again, we didn't pay for the view (AAA discounted room).
