1. The room had stains on the carpet, the TV was tiny--too small considering how far away from the bed it was, someone did a terrible job of painting the bathroom door-- they couldn't stay in the lines, the shower was grungy.

3. The furniture was in dire need of replacement, the shower door did a very poor job of keeping water off the floor, as a matter of fact I needed to call the maid to bring more towels just so I could mop up the floor.

7. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was fine and clean though alittle small, however the bathroom had no shelf space to put anything and the shower was awful just dripped out so had to have bath everyday.
