1. There was nothing wrong it, simply wasnt to my liking so after calling the front desk to see if i could change rooms (even if there is a price diff) they offered me a complimentary upgrade to a room that I liked.

5. I contacted the hotel directly in order to request a high floor, exactly as I had done with my original reservation, and was informed that a note was attached to my reservation requesting so, and that they had also added a note requesting the complimentary upgrade.
