6. Water was turned off one afternoon, but they happily checked people in without telling them, 4 hours on a plane, shower/toilet priorities so why not tell people.

8. The rooms are small and cheerless and the bathroom is tiny and glum without a window or exhaust fan but with a shower over tub which is so dangerous to enter that it is actually shocking.
