1. Only drawback was the elevators (only 2) of which the staff was usually on them; either carting the dirty laundry in big carts or room service making deliveries.

5. First : the elevators, very slow and unreliable (you have to wait ages for the elevator to come (only 2 for the whole hotel) and you have to share it with the staff in the hotel : room service, cleaning service.
