5. I didn't make a complaint because there was already a drain on the outside of the tub, which I thought was weird but obviously It was there for that purpose (to catch the water).

7. Also, the tub/shower combo just has a partial glass door which is weird and water flies out of the shower because of this no matter how you have the shower head positioned.

9. When the tub didn't drain they fixed it straightaway (we are human and things do happen) but when we mentioned the Internet was faulty the response we got was not very hospitable: try it again and if it doesn't work someone will look at it.

10. Only complaint was the shower doors that covered only 1/2 the tub and caused water to flow on the floor that we mopped up.
