1. Jane is wonderful at the check-in area, and really started our stay in the right foot by allowing us to check-in early and assisting in any way possible.

2. The check in was easy, the front desk was very welcoming and every night that I went to night cap in the bar, I had a different but always fun and friendly bar tender who gave me some off the beaten path (but safe) places to go so that I didn't rely on some Travel guide.
