1. The only one issue I had was the towels were very scratchy and rough.

4. Although the grounds are beautiful, the room was small and dark, the house keeping was poor (when I checked in, I found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom), and the manager was extremely rude (he told me that he was there to run a business and was not there to please customers!).
