1. Parking was free, and there is access to the city bus and trolley system although we didn't have a chance to check either from this location given our short stay.

2. do take note that rooms come with NO TOILETRIES - bring your own; there is only one very light blanket on the bed which was not nearly enough, the workout center was very small so don't expect much, there is ample free parking.
