1. It has a tropical feel with the motif and palm trees, is quiet, clean, has a great staff, has great grounds, and the best service I see - and I travel on business 50% of the time.

3. it was nice overall and they were prompt with service requests, but i think i'd look around more before settling on this one - a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, or some other perk to make it stand out from other hotels in the area.

9. The room was very clean, but could use some minor maintenance, there's some rust around the bathroom fixtures, loose doorknobs, the security latch needs replacement, etc. Overall, the room was adequate, small but certainly serviceable.
