7. The operations manager came to our room to make sure everything was ok and said that he would pay for our drycleaning then when we asked about him paying for it again he said no that it would be to expensive to have everything dry cleaned.

10. The one time I was attacked by bed bugs in Pittsburght at least the manager had the sense to take care of my stay, I did not review that hotel, maybe I should have but since the Manager was so nice and told me it was an isolated incidence I took here word for it.
