1. I'm 6' shower hit me mid chest unless I bent over; pillows seemed to lack any filling, almost like sleeping without one; towels and washcloths varied from somewhat fluffy to threadbare.

3. We had room service everyday, the hotel provides fresh towels and other usual bits like soap etc. Staff was helpful and very nice.
