1. Staff is accommodating and let us check in at 09:30 instead of the 3:00 normally required d/t an early incoming flight.

10. I go back to the night window check-in desk at the hotel to give the room key back and to get the refund for the internet access that I pre-paid - 2 rooms for 2 nights, @ $7 per room, a total of $28 - but she would only refund $14 to me for my room not for the other room.
