2. Also, when we checked out, we inadvertently left my backpack behind with a laptop, car keys and various electronics (nintendo DS, etc) Hours later, we realized it was missing, called the hotel, and the backpack was at the front desk with nothing missing and even 2 t-shirts we did know we forgot.

8. I go to the front desk and ask her if security spoke with them and again with the attitude, she tells me they were just talking normally and there was no party going on.

I lay down in the bed - which was very uncomfortable - and close my eyes to see if I might be able to sleep through it but it only takes a moment to realize I`m not going to get any sleep with that racket so I go back to the front desk to ask them if they have any other non-smoking rooms available.

10. In addition, signs are posted tht you cannot take food back to the rooms (what`s that about?) The front desk staff was a little rough around the edges and not so helpful.
