2. The toiletries are an upgraded line, the bathrobes are comfortable and there are plenty of fresh towels, extra blankets, etc. The little details are not overlooked at the Loews and it does make a difference in the quality of your stay.

4. 4) The room: Very soft sheets, nice pillows, ipod/alarm docking station, keurig machine with all different kinds of k-cups to choose from (free of charge), a chaise lounge (quite comfortable to get work done!), robe/slippers, plenty of extra towels in the bathroom.

We where asked each night that we stayed there (2) if we wanted turn down service we said no but upon returning to our rooms during the late afternoon around 4pm or so we would of course have 2 bottles of water and fresh towels, my daughter who had her own room and she was the only one in her room also received 2 bottles of water she was happy about that she never had to ask for any water to be brought up to her room.
