1. Front desk had no problem removing the charge from my bill.

2. My wallet was stolen (not on this property) and when I asked about bill paying options and for help in getting to the airport, etc., the concierges (I talked to a few at different times) were extremely helpful and nice.

7. The hotel staff was very helpful with anything I asked about, and by joining their rewards program for free they will remove any internet charges from your bill.
