3. When you arrive with a pet, you're given a little bag with a 'placemat', some bowls and treats and a list of local groomers and vets (this would prove very handy!) There is also a pet Do Not Disturb sign for guests to use if they're in or out of the room-so that housekeeping knows when you're around so they can clean.

5. The staff from the desk to the valet, concierge, housekeeping and bellboys have been superb at this point and throughout our stay.
