1. The staff were great, the room was great - the most comfortable bed and pillows in any hotel that I recall staying at.

8. 4) The room: Very soft sheets, nice pillows, ipod/alarm docking station, keurig machine with all different kinds of k-cups to choose from (free of charge), a chaise lounge (quite comfortable to get work done!), robe/slippers, plenty of extra towels in the bathroom.

10. Unfortunately, we got stuck with two double beds as they were out of king-sized beds, but at least they were comfortable with nice fluffy pillows.
