1. Great atmosphere, very pleasant and attentive staff, and very good food at an acceptable price (I also bought a breakfast package w/ the room - saved about $10).

3. My wife, 2 young girls and I decided to take an overnight trip to Philly to see the Liberty Bell, Franklin Institute, etc. After researching on this site and doing some price checks, Loews emerged as the most attractive option.

5. Nice signature drinks at reasonable prices (their happy is terrific deal with $5 cocktails and $5 snacks of unusually high quality for happy hour fare, e.g. mussels in coconut sauce).

7. The staff was very accommodating and helped throughout the week find restaurants to eat at and of course negotiate a better price for my 5th night at the hotel.

9. The location is perfect for downtown and for use of conference facilities, but if you have the luxury of picking your own hotel--- go somewhere else with thicker walls and 'real' luxury at a cheaper price in the same location.
