I like to be positive when I can, so the good things about Cypress Pointe are: location (close to Disney World and other theme parks); quiet; clean; lots of activities and amenities; ample supply of clean towels; lots of eating opportunities nearby, although most are chain restaurants; pleasant staff; little pressure to take the sales presentations; renovations and upgrades going on.

5. However, the room was clean and we were provided with plenty of towels etc. We did have to deal with cigarette smoke each morning and evening as came under the door and through the vents from the ajoining unit.
