1. The front desk staff were friendly both at check in and check out and the process was quite quick.

3. There were no instructions about what to do at check out so I asked - they asked us to put dishes in dishwasher and start it before leaving, strip beds and put dirty linens on floor next to washing machine.

5. They also make you feel very welcome by having you sign something saying that if you dont check out by 10 am on the dot on your check out day then they will charge your card a whopping $298.

6. It takes awhile because they list everything in the room but they assume that everything on that list is in your room and if you are missing something and dont report it right away they will charge your card when you check out.

9. We had a one day gap between our check out at Silver Lake and our check in at Cypress Pointe (Phase 1) so we booked a 1 bedroom condo at Cypress Pointe (Phase 2) for 1 night.
