1. Pros: Great location (right across the street from Downtown Disney), within walking distance to grocery stores/restaurants, nice pools, great playground for kids, 2 bedroom unit was big with plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child, beds were decent, putt-putt course was nice.

3. We were in a 3rd floor unit in Phase I, which as stated elsewhere does not have elevators, but we found that the walk up/down every day was really not a big deal.

5. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the resort , if you wish to risk life and limb there are more across the road, but we elected to drive for safety.

Best restaurant we tried was the Black Angus for fantastic food, Bennigans is also good and the Olive Gardens was also ok (all within walking distance)Rooms are of a good standard, they could do with a bit of updating and do look a bit tired in places but compared to the 4 star holiday inn on international drive where we stayed 2 years ago it was luxury accomodation.
