They could probably use the 'annual maintenance fee' that we owners pay for the following:- fluffier pillows and some extra pillows- more utensils in the cupboards- fix chipped refrigerator drawers/replace bathroom tissue dispensers- new towelsThey also need to remind the staff that customers are there to have a nice stay because they are on a vacation.

5. Everything of the cheapest quality from the flimsy bathroom fixtures, scratchy bed linens, cardboard pillows etc. No maid service unless you stayed 2 weeks or more.
