1. only negatives are no elevator at the resort (grand villas have), no daily housekeeping (i love this fact, my wife doesn't), small safe (can't fit laptop).

7. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were all uniformed making it easy to spot who was who in the resort and there was a 24 hour roving security team on site - not that we felt we needed it.

8. Understand that these units are considered "self catering" which means there is NO maid service unless you stay 8 days or more, and then only once will you receive any housekeeping.

10. I did call housekeeping and they did send someone up with some sorta machine (air ionizor) but it only did the trick temporarily.
